Our products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, formats, editions, prices, photographs and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Vinyl and other physical music releases are often produced in multiple editions, colours, pressings and territories. Where a particular colour, edition, signed item, numbered edition or other characteristic forms part of the product description, we will supply the product ordered subject to availability.

Product images are intended to represent the item being sold as accurately as possible. Packaging, colours and other minor details may occasionally differ where manufacturers, labels or distributors change specifications.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement.

Acceptance of your order takes place when we confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatched, as applicable.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• an item is unavailable;
• there has been an obvious pricing or product-information error;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or

Pre-orders

Products advertised as pre-orders are products expected to become available at a future date.

Release dates are based on information supplied by record labels, distributors and suppliers and may change at short notice. A change to a release date is therefore not necessarily within Beyond Vinyl's control.

We will fulfil pre-orders as soon as the relevant stock becomes available to us.

If an order contains both available products and pre-order products, dispatch may depend upon the delivery option and fulfilment arrangements applicable to that order.

You may contact us to request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been dispatched.

If a label, distributor or supplier cancels a release or we are unable to obtain the stock required to fulfil your order, we will refund the affected item.

Limited, signed and exclusive releases

Some products are available in limited quantities, including signed releases, numbered editions, Record Store Day releases, exclusive editions and other collectible products.

Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted.

Where appropriate, we may limit quantities per customer to provide fair access to limited releases and to discourage purchasing primarily intended for immediate resale.

We reserve the right to cancel duplicate or excessive orders for restricted releases where a clearly stated purchase limit has been exceeded.

Beyond Vault and pre-owned products

Products identified as Beyond Vault, pre-owned or used may show signs of previous ownership or age.

Where appropriate, we will describe the condition and any significant known characteristics of the item. Photographs may form part of the product description for individual collectible or pre-owned items.

Due to the nature of pre-owned and collectible stock, many such products are unique and a replacement may not be available.
