One of the incredible beneficiaries is the Callis Heart Campaign, which brightens the days of children on Ward 23 at Freeman Hospital, home to the Children’s Heart Unit. We are also supporting Bea’s 500 Club, a community-driven initiative inspired by the incredible journey of Beatrix, a little girl who spent 14 months in the hospital. This Facebook group gathers small donations of just £1 from its members, pooling them together to offer meaningful financial support to families in crisis. Since its founding, Bea’s 500 Club has raised over £15,000 and helped more than 80 families in desperate need. It’s proof that small acts of kindness, when combined, can create a huge impact.

Santa has a very special connection to this cause. He first met a little girl named Beatrix during her very first Christmas, just a few months before she fell critically ill. When he heard that Bea was living in the hospital and would be spending her second Christmas connected to a mechanical heart, unable to go home, he knew he had to do something.
Visiting the children’s cardiac ward at the Freeman Hospital became a memorable and emotional experience for Santa, as he brought the magic of Christmas to kids who were facing unimaginable challenges. It was during this visit that Santa realized the year-round need for support—not just during the holidays, but every single day.
Beatrix’s parents, inspired by the kindness of strangers and the ultimate gift of organ donation that saved her life, created Bea’s 500 Club to pay forward the compassion they received. They’ve rallied a community of kind-hearted people, all contributing small amounts to make a big difference.
Santa decided to release this single to raise vital funds for the charities that support these children and families, not only during Christmas but throughout the entire year.
