As the group figured out what to do next and got their business lives in order, they started receiving boxes of letters from fans encouraging them to keep going. The group poured that inspiration into FanMail, their commercial smash third album, which ran the gamut of late ’90s R&B styles, and created a word for the collective lexicon that’s struck fear in shitty men since (“No Scrubs”). Nominated for Album of the Year at the 2000 Grammys, this is the first vinyl edition of the album in 20 years. It would be the last TLC album recorded while Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes was alive, as she’d die in a tragic accident in 2002. The 7-inch features the extended version of “No Scrubs” and “U In Me.”
