Following the success of their acclaimed independent debut, The Howlers return with Heavy – an album shaped by resilience, reinvention and creative freedom.

Written by frontman Adam Young, Heavy follows What You’ve Got To Lose To Win It All, taking the band’s sound into bold new territory after a complete reinvention. Following the departure of the original line-up, Young rebuilt The Howlers as a two-piece alongside drummer Toby Richards, creating an album driven by confidence, honesty and renewed ambition.

Produced with long-time collaborator Chris Ostler (Black Honey), Heavy was created using an unconventional recording process, with ideas developed remotely before final performances were captured. The result is a modern alternative rock album that retains everything fans love about The Howlers while pushing their sound forward.

Featuring the singles Night Crawling and You Can Be So Cruel, Heavy captures a band embracing a new chapter and delivering some of their strongest songwriting to date.
