Pulp ? More [Indie Exclusive ?Blue Sky Thinking? Marble Vinyl LP] marks the band?s triumphant return with their first studio album in 24 years, released on June 6, 2025, via Rough Trade Records. This limited edition pressing features a distinctive blue and white marble vinyl, aptly named ?Blue Sky Thinking,? and is available exclusively through independent record stores.
The album was conceived during Pulp?s 2023 reunion tour, with the band developing new material during soundchecks. Recording commenced on November 18, 2024, at Orbb Studio in Walthamstow, London, and concluded in just three weeks?a testament to the band?s renewed creative vigor.
More showcases collaborations with notable artists, including Richard Hawley and Jason Buckle, and features string arrangements by Richard Jones, performed by the Elysian Collective. The album also includes backing vocals from members of the Eno family. Dedicated to the late Steve Mackey, More encapsulates Pulp?s evolution while staying true to their distinctive sound.
